Starting the keto diet is not easy but there are many benefits including weight loss and mental clarity.

I have never really struggled with gaining weight. In fact all my childhood way into the late teenage years, I was so skinny, my nickname was “stick”. Now, on my 40’s and mother of 2, the struggle with trying to lose weight is real. But that was not the main reason I decided to give this a try.
